Moonlighting as Hubert de Givenchy's muse must have been grueling, but someone had to do it. And Audrey Hepburn killed it. 

One of my favourite scenes in How to Steal a Million is when Simon (Peter O'Toole) goes to meet Nicole (Hepburn) at the Hôtel Ritz, and she's sitting down wearing that gorgeous black lace outfit, and you know she knows she looks good. Sexy, yet elegant, with a hint of mystery. O, Givenchy, what can't you do?

I have to say, that veil Audrey is rocking is entrancing: could donning a black lace veil for a glamorous event seem too bold? Hmm, without looking too Gaga-esque, it could be a sort of homage to cinema's most famous style icon. Of course, if you start ripping apart old fishnets and slap them on your face, it might kill the dramatic effect you're going for...
